Q: Why does my login info not work?
A: Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure that you enter both exactly as you specified at the time of sign up. If it still doesn't work, contact us.

A: You get access to all the photos and videos of the sets in currently shown on the main page.

A: Yes, members can download all current videos and photos from the member's area.

A: There are a couple ways to do this. Method 1 - Right click on any video or video-link and select "save video as" or "save link as", then save to your computer.  Method 2 - In your browser's video-player, click the three dots button (...) in the lower right hand corner and select "download"

A: Each sets running time can be seen on the sets preview image on the main page or sets page. Most sets have videos divided into several videos.

Q: What format are the videos?
A: All videos are in MP4 format and can be streamed or downloaded. Videos are available in high definition (1920x1080) and Wide-Screen Standard definition (852x480) You do not need any special codecs or plug-ins to view videos.
